However, the HC-10 will not work on the Sig Sauer 716 - this option will be a separate model.
The original Hard Charger works on Ruger SFAR 308 rifle

Yes, the standard Hard Charger, HCT, and HCR will all work. This rifle does not use an AR-10 charging handle and is not compatible with the HC-10.
Currently the HCR (Hard Charger Rear) only works on the KS-47. Soon we will have available, adjustable tip HCR and HCT that both work on the KS-47.
The different mounts are not different in how they work or which is better. The mounts are different to work around your optics and use available space on your rail. So, it all depends on your optic set up and what options you have, or can have, available on your upper's picatinny rail.
