The Hard Charger and Hard Charger Tactical work on Standard, Forged, Mil Spec AR15s.
The HCT2 and HCR2 will work on Standard, Forged, Mil Spec AR15s as well as Billet Upper Receivers.
 
Yes, The HC-10 & HC-10R is the NEW Hard Charger designed for the AR-10 /AR308 model rifles. 
However, the HC-10 will not work on the Sig Sauer 716 - The HC-716 & HC-716R are designed for this model rifle.
For Ruger SFAR 308 rifle - use HCT2 and HCR2
No, most rifles are right eject and a left handed version on a right eject rifle would not work, interfering with the ejection port.
A left eject rifle version, is a possibility in the future.
Yes, The new HCR2 and HCT2 will work on Billet Upper Receivers.

Yes. The Hard Charger will work on any caliber as long as the upper receiver is a standard forged upper and the charging handle size is standard as it would be for a .223/5.56.
In most cases, Yes. Optics such as Aimpoint PRO, ACOG, and many others, with the large mounting knobs, have mounts that are reversible (usually a couple screws on the underside). Switch the knob to the ejection port side (*this will not interfere with the case ejection) and they will work great together.

We ship via USPS. Orders placed Mon-Fri are usually shipped within 48 hours. Back order items ship when available. Orders placed on weekends usually ship within 48 hours of the following Monday.

The different mounts are not different in how they work or which is better.  The mounts are different to work around your optics and use available space on your rail.  So, it all depends on your optic set up and what options you have, or can have, available on your upper's picatinny rail.
